Our History
We are a physical therapy center in West Philadelphia, recognized among the leading medical rehabilitation centers of PA. Services
At our medical rehabilitation centers of PA, we provide a wide range of services, including spinal and extremity manipulation, myofascial release techniques such as Active Release Technique and Graston Technique, and ultrasound therapy. Our offerings also encompass electrical muscle stimulation and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), therapeutic exercise, and traction or decompression therapy. Additionally, we utilize kinesio-tape bracing, thermotherapy, and cryotherapy in our treatment plans. Patients can benefit from education tutorials and personalized at-home exercise programs. We also provide occupational therapy, trigger point injections, major joint injections, and ultrasound-guided injections. Wound care treatment is available as well, alongside PENS - Percutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. To ensure accessibility, we offer FREE TRANSPORTATION for our patients.
Meet Our Doctor
Godfred Eyiah-Mensah, M.D., is our medical doctor at City Community Care Medical, one of the premier medical rehabilitation centers of PA. Dr. Mensah brings a wealth of experience to our team, having earned his Doctorate in Medicine from SUNY Upstate Medical University and completed his residency in General & Trauma Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. His strong medical background is invaluable in providing comprehensive care to our injury patients. Dr. Mensah's expertise will significantly benefit our patients, especially those with workplace injuries, ensuring they receive the highest level of care at our center in West Philadelphia.
Meet Our Chiropractor
Dr. Piron is a board-certified Chiropractor licensed in Pennsylvania for Chiropractic and Adjunctive Therapies. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College, where he graduated with honors. Prior to his chiropractic education, Dr. Piron completed his undergraduate studies in exercise physiology at the University at Buffalo. Dr. Piron and the physicians at City Community Care, one of the leading medical rehabilitation centers of PA, are providing an integrative approach to healthcare. He believes that the unique opportunity to receive traditional medical interventions, chiropractic care, and physical therapy under one roof will bring patient care to the next level.

Meet Our Physical Therapist
Dr. Danial Khan, DPT, is joining City Community Care Medical, part of the renowned medical rehabilitation centers of PA. With over eight years of clinical experience, Dr. Khan is a compassionate and skilled physical therapist who specializes in injury rehabilitation, functional recovery, and medical-legal documentation. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in 2016 and is licensed in New Jersey, holding certifications in Dry Needling and CPR/AED.
Dr. Khan has extensive expertise in managing cases related to motor vehicle accidents, workers’ compensation, post-surgical rehab, and personal injuries. Known for his clear documentation and collaborative approach, he also provides home-based rehab and assists legal teams with objective progress notes and return-to-work evaluations. His patient-first mindset, along with a strong focus on communication and continuity, makes him a valuable asset to our care team.
